Pet Policy

Our Community Pet Policy: Pet Rent & Fees: $35 monthly per pet $250 one-time pet fee Pet Guidelines: Up to two pets per apartment. Reasonable exceptions may be made for small, caged animals and fish. Breed Restrictions: To ensure safety, certain dog breeds known for higher risk behaviors are not permitted, including American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, SIberian Husky, Chow Chow. Weight Limit: Dogs must not exceed 75 pounds. Pets will be screened through PetScreening.com to verify vaccinations and other criteria.
